Summer Update (Client Survey, Product Order, and more)

Happy summer, everyone! Here's what's ahead:
I think it’s safe to say that summer has officially arrived; I hope that everyone has been able to enjoy it as much as they’ve wanted to, and everyone who is less thrilled about the heat has had lovely access to air conditioning and bodies of water!
The DPCC team has been staying on top of the weather report - each morning before a particularly toasty day, one of us will text into the group reminding the others of water, sunscreen, our heat policy, etc. This lil' team of ours goes above and beyond to support each other and it makes my heart very happy to see each time.
We’ve got some housekeeping to do! This may be the last blog of this kind as I’m hoping to figure out how to utilize a platform to support a mailing list. I think I currently pay for a few services with that feature but it surely feels like the one piece of marketing I have yet to fully understand. But for now, we’ve got it all here!

I want to hear your thoughts and feedback so I can continue to build the business in a positive way. This is also where you can place your order for a Harness Lead if there is a particular size/color you are looking for!
Update your PPB Profile!
As the team has grown, I’ve noticed just how many people have not updated their profile in a year or more, or have not filled out their profile with important information. While I do indeed have this information stored in my brain, I would like to free up that space in my brain and the time that is spent answering questions from team members when they arrive to your house and you have not made note of the food instructions for their pet, or where you keep the litter for box refills. Help us provide the best care we can by filling out your profile with everything we’ll need to know. Imagine I died (try not to will it into existence, just as a hypothetical) - I want my team to be able to continue serving each and every client confidently even when I’m not readily available to answer their questions!
The Current DPCC Team
We’ve had some changes to our team over the past few months, and after months of interviews and applications, I am so happy to introduce our current team to you all. These people impress me every single day with their hearts, their work ethics, and their abilities! Plus, your pets love every single one of them. Our team now includes Mikayla J., Genevieve A., Ry F., and Natalie N.! Keep an eye out for Ry and Natalie’s introduction blogs coming soon with their bios.
Coming Up: Updated Contracts!
It’s been a while since our client contracts have been updated, so it’s time to make sure everything is reflected in our paperwork. When these new contracts are available, they will send out through PPB and you will be able to sign them the way you did initially when you joined our pack. It will be easy breezy beautiful covergirl, but if you have any questions or problems, don’t hesitate to reach out!
Harness Lead Order
I have already placed two large orders for Harness Leads and you’ve just about sold me out for the second time! So this time, before I place another order, I thought I would let you all know and see if anyone has color preferences! You can place these specific orders in your client survey above. I will place the order on the very last day of June, so get those orders in!
Lastly, I wanted to share that the web series I have been teasing since last year’s end of year wrap up has launched its crowdfunding on Seed & Spark! It is a 10-episode comedy web series based on life as a pet sitter and pet care business owner. I have co-written it, I'm directing it, and I play the title character. There are a lot of moments from my years of pet sitting layered in this show and I’m excited to be able to share it with everyone! Want to support us? Check out our incentives list for donations (our most popular incentive has been $75 for a cartoon drawing of your pet, and we’ve even had a few people take advantage of a higher valued incentive: an opportunity to be in the show!), but if you’re not able to support monetarily (we get it!), giving us a follow on the platform and sharing our link with someone you think might be interested is just as helpful.
